Connect Yourself! 

Workshops & Retreats 

 

 

Workshops

I facilitate Connect Yourself! in-house workshops where I guide you through a set of concrete exercises that strengthen your self-leadership and personal resilience skills. The goal is that you experience a higher sense of purpose, self-effectiveness and happiness in your life.

 

Exemplare topics include among others: smart goal setting and achieving, time management, appreciative communication, effective habit formation, deep focus and defining your personal values.

Retreat

During these four days long retreats in a beautiful mountain house, I deep dive into the topics of my book "Connect Yourself!"

 

You will experience a lot of single and group exercises on finding your purpose, defining your (life-) goals and creating the necessary structures to achieve them. You will go home with a deep understanding of appreciative communication and relationship management as well as a toolkit for establishing a happier and more meaningful life.

​

The next Connect Yourself! retreat is scheduled for 2nd - 5th December 2023 in the mountains in Bavaria (60 min from Munich).

​

I also do retreats on request for leadership teams and private groups.
