This short and effective workshop session is about re-connecting with yourself. You will acquire a useful toolbox (tasks, reflective questions, writing exercises) for detecting small and big challenges and thus corresponding changes in your life while increasing your self-awareness and self-appreciation. I am going to do many small inputs, and you are going to do mainly individual and some groups tasks to bring more clarity on your open questions.
